Beginning with a photo stop at Charles Fort, Kinsale’s best-known historical attraction and one of the finest late 17th Century star-shaped forts in Ireland with its spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean overlooking Kinsale harbour.
Your guide will tell you all you need to know about this little town steeped in history. You will then have an hour and a half to explore the town of Kinsale and have some lunch in one of the many restaurants. The picturesque seaside town is abundant with winding medieval streets filled with shops, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy the beautiful sea views with yachts and fishing boats arriving into the harbour whilst soaking up the historic towns atmosphere.
