Our fishing lodge is situated on the shores of Lough Allua, aprox. 5km from Inchigeelagh Village, overlooking a narrow but long water system,also called the “Inchigeelagh lakes” and is the perfect location for Angling Holidays in Southern Ireland.
“Tir na Spideoga”,the land of the robins,is situated on the edge of the Gaeltacht (irish speaking area) near Ballingeary in West Cork. The farmhouse and thatched cottages stand on 3acres of great natural beauty a wonderland of lakes and mountains. It is ideally positioned as a starting-point for touring the South-West of Ireland, being close to the famous Gougane Barra National Park (12 km ).
We offer coarse and game angling , boat & engine hire and offer a guiding service for most species and methods. Deep-sea angling trips are organized on request .
You may also hire a canoe or bicycle or get a different view of the surroundings on horse back. A riding arena is positioned at the lodge and you may take lessons or go trekking.
There are single, double and triple rooms / B&B available or you may choose a 2 , 4 or 6 person cottages with self-catering or full board.
