We believe Cork is a great place to visit at any time of the year (not that we are any way biased in this belief!). Fortunately, the good people at Cork City Council are equally enthusiastic for the place we call home.
In co-operation with a wide range of disability groups they put together a site called www.accesscork.ie to help people with various disabilities for getting around the city. It also provides details on where is good for eating out, pubs, culture and lots more.
Other useful sites include the Irish Wheelchair Association www.iwa.ie and www.allgohere.com which will advise what facilities are provided by international airports and airlines.
